1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Business Computing Solutions (BCS) website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

BCS provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform comprising integrated modules for business management. Services include access to the platform, related documentation, and customer support.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BCS platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Business Computing Solutions (BCS) and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission.

6. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Late payments may result in suspension of access to the platform

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the BCS platform. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Computing Solutions (BCS) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your account data after the retention period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
